A major event that filled 3 floors of ballrooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces for a worldwide meeting took major co-ordination and planning. I designed a simple set for the general session backed by a 90-foot screen. Individual sessions for company divisions were staged in other ballrooms. Featured interactive exhibits and partnered company events filled other spaces.
