This buddy comedy/action movie featured lots of stunts and chases. One scene had the heroes’ truck ram through the front of a sleazy dance club. When nothing structurally safe could be found, we built a fake 3-story building complete with multiple breakaway fronts. When the cowboys chase a subway train across the Manhattan Bridge, we devised a platform cover to be installed over an adjacent set of tracks so our heroes could do a full gallop dismount onto a moving train. Building a quarter mile long deck in the middle of a bridge was no easy task and it’s something nobody ever notices when watching the movie!
